this is for you if you have heard of breathwork, but you are not quite sure what the hype is all about and if this might be something for you, too. You will learn all you need to know of practicing breathwork in a safe way, it's impact on our nervous system and why it's not the same as pranayama. Dive straight into a journey of self-discovery with the technique ‘conscious connected breathwork’.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can help you with dealing with anxiety, restlessness, shitty self-talk, suppressed emotions, unprocessed experiences, feelings of overwhelm and helplessness, reduce of unwanted habits.

It supports you by connecting with yourself on a deeper level, getting to know your inner world better and learning to embrace yourself fully as you are.

    With 1000+ hours of training, Sarah specializes in a technique known as Conscious Connected Breathwork. Her personal approach is to provide support that facilitates gentle yet profound experiences. Through confidentiality, compassion, and mindfulness, she creates a safe space where it's encouraged to embrace and feel all aspects of yourself.

  • 〰️ Please avoid eating anything heavy at least
    two hours beforehand, ideally nothing at all.

    〰️ Don't plan too much for after the session.

  • Breathwork is an umbrella term and there are many different Breathwork styles out there. Every facilitator has their own approach. So we get it: it's not so easy to get what Breathwork is and what it can truly help you with. That's why we created this experience for you.
