  • Q: What is Conscious Connected Breathwork and what is it for?

CCB is a breathing practice that allows you to access altered states of consciousness and sensitize body awareness to release emotional baggage, receive meaningful insights, and deepen your overall connection with yourself. The specific (and super simple) breathing technique is a looped breath, in which we skip the pause between in- and exhalations, and ex- and inhalations, allowing for a continuous and rhythmic flow of breath. This rhythmic breathing pattern is believed to connect the conscious with the subconscious, inducing a heightened state of awareness and facilitating a profound introspective experience, often culminating in a deep state of relaxation. Therefore, it is commonly referred to as a 'Breathwork journey.' During the Breathwork journey, you will lie on a mat with your eyes closed, guided by music and Sarah's expertise in bodywork.

Q: What is Raw Cacao ?

Raw cacao is often considered a heart opener and can stimulate your senses. The cultivation and use of cacao date back thousands of years, with ancient civilizations like the Mayans and Aztecs. Unlike processed chocolate, raw cacao retains its natural properties. It is the purest form of chocolate, rich in antioxidants, minerals, and mood-enhancing compounds.

Now, imagine combining this ancient elixir with the profound practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork. As you sip on a warm cup of raw cacao, its gentle yet potent properties begin to awaken your senses, opening your heart and heightening your awareness. The grounding properties of raw cacao provide a stable foundation for the breathwork journey, while its heart-opening qualities facilitate emotional release and connection.

Q: Who is this session for?

This session is for you if you feel like it’s time for a break from your everyday life, slow down a bit and reconnect to your body, senses and feelings. The Level of Breathwork + Cacao is beginner-friendly but if you are completely new to any kinds of breathing techniques, we suggest you join Sarah’s Breathwork Beginner Session beforehand.

Q: Who should not join this session?

Q: What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing, therapeutic sound vibrations. These sounds typically come from instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and others. The vibrations help to calm your mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation by guiding listeners into a peaceful, meditative state. Unlike traditional meditation, where focus is key, a Sound Bath allows you to simply lie down and let the sound guide your body and mind into a relaxed state, helping to release tension and restore balance.

Are you navigating moments of overwhelm, restlessness, or emotions that feel hard to name?

This isn’t just Breathwork. It’s a reset. A moment of calm in the chaos. A return to who you are beneath the rush. Because life doesn’t happen when you’re running on empty. It happens when you’re fully here, fully present. Life isn’t about keeping up. It’s about coming home.

  • _

    Week 1 ・ Intentions

We are focusing on what you personally want to direct your energy towards in the next four weeks.

    Week 2 ・ Needs

You will learn to better understand and accept your own needs, and to judge them less.

    Week 3 ・ Beliefs

You release beliefs that do not serve you well at a deep level and anchor nourishing beliefs in the subconscious. (+ CBD Oil)

    Week 4 ・ Integration

The focus of the final week is to deeply internalize all the insights and what you have learned about your body + mind. (+ Raw Cacao)

  • Through the body-oriented approach - the conscious feeling and observation of what is happening in your body - you bypass entrenched thought patterns and the habit of trying to solve everything through the mind. You allow desired transformation at the deepest level by integrating unprocessed emotions and experiences on a mental, emotional, and physical level. In a safe space, we move through the breath - into the body - towards more awareness. Each week focuses on a different theme, so the sessions build on each other, allowing you to uncover layer by layer for yourself.

Breathwork + Cacao isn't quite the right fit for people with heart disease or high blood pressure, gastrointestinal issues, high caffeine sensitivity, are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, taking medication, have a chocolate allergy or severe migraines. If you aren’t sure, please contact our teacher Sarah via mail connect@sarahvobr.com.

  • 〰️ Please avoid eating anything heavy at least

two hours beforehand, ideally nothing at all.

〰️ Don't plan too much for after the session.

  • Life can get a bit much sometimes. And as some things we can't change, taking a bit more time to consciously check-in with ourselves and strengthen the connection to our bodies, shouldn’t be one of them. That's why we created this experience for you.

  • 〰️ Sarah Vobr

With 1000+ hours of training, Sarah specializes in a technique known as Conscious Connected Breathwork. Her personal approach is to provide support that facilitates gentle yet profound experiences. Through confidentiality, compassion, and mindfulness, she creates a safe space where it's encouraged to embrace and feel all aspects of yourself.

  • If you've already joined one of those Breathwork formats with Sarah Vobr before, you are ready to go for Breathwork + Somatics:

    ・ Breathwork Beginner

    ・ Breathwork + Cacao

・ Breathwork Series ‘Return to the Body‘

    ・ Breathwork Series ‘Inner Child‘

    Q: What is Somatics?

The term 'Somatics' originates from the Greek word 'soma', meaning 'body'. In essence, it can be defined as anything that relates to, or has an impact on the body. In these sessions, 'Somatics' involves exploring and integrating the body's language through mindful movements and sensations

Q: Who is this session for?

This session is for you if you have previously attended any of Sarah's Breathwork sessions and are familiar with her personal approach to Conscious Connected Breathwork. Breathwork + Somatics is ideal for those seeking a regular well-being routine that deepens the connection with oneself on an emotional, physical, and mental level.

Q: Who should not join this session?

Breathwork + Somatics isn't for you, if you have never joined another Breathwork session from Sarah and/ or aren't emotionally stable at the moment. This session is not a replacement for professional therapy. If you are currently undergoing severe emotional distress or mental health issues, please consult with a qualified mental health professional before participating in this session.

The Level of Breathwork + Cacao is beginner-friendly but if you are completely new to any kinds of breathing techniques, we suggest you join Sarah’s Breathwork Beginner Session beforehand.
