Conscious Connected Breathwork can help you with dealing with anxiety, restlessness, shitty self-talk, suppressed emotions, unprocessed experiences, feelings of overwhelm and helplessness, reduce of unwanted habits. It supports you by connecting with yourself on a deeper level, getting to know your inner world better and learning to embrace yourself fully as you are. We use the finest raw cacao from Guatemala, crafted with care in Austria with a gentle stone mill. The raw cacao supports you with its heart-opening effect to make space for all that truly matters and often gets overlooked in everyday life. Self-love. Trust. Compassion.

    With 1000+ hours of training, Sarah specializes in a technique known as Conscious Connected Breathwork. Her personal approach is to provide support that facilitates gentle yet profound experiences. Through confidentiality, compassion, and mindfulness, she creates a safe space where it's encouraged to embrace and feel all aspects of yourself.

  • Q: What is Conscious Connected Breathwork and what is it for?

    CCB is a breathing practice that allows you to access altered states of consciousness and sensitize body awareness to release emotional baggage, receive meaningful insights, and deepen your overall connection with yourself. The specific (and super simple) breathing technique is a looped breath, in which we skip the pause between in- and exhalations, and ex- and inhalations, allowing for a continuous and rhythmic flow of breath. This rhythmic breathing pattern is believed to connect the conscious with the subconscious, inducing a heightened state of awareness and facilitating a profound introspective experience, often culminating in a deep state of relaxation. Therefore, it is commonly referred to as a 'Breathwork journey.' During the Breathwork journey, you will lie on a mat with your eyes closed, guided by music and Sarah's expertise in bodywork.

    Q: What is Raw Cacao ?

    Raw cacao is often considered a heart opener and can stimulate your senses. The cultivation and use of cacao date back thousands of years, with ancient civilizations like the Mayans and Aztecs. Unlike processed chocolate, raw cacao retains its natural properties. It is the purest form of chocolate, rich in antioxidants, minerals, and mood-enhancing compounds.

    Now, imagine combining this ancient elixir with the profound practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork. As you sip on a warm cup of raw cacao, its gentle yet potent properties begin to awaken your senses, opening your heart and heightening your awareness. The grounding properties of raw cacao provide a stable foundation for the breathwork journey, while its heart-opening qualities facilitate emotional release and connection.

    Q: Who is this session for?

    This session is for you if you feel like it’s time for a break from your everyday life, slow down a bit and reconnect to your body, senses and feelings. The Level of Breathwork + Cacao is beginner-friendly but if you are completely new to any kinds of breathing techniques, we suggest you join Sarah’s Breathwork Beginner Session beforehand.

    Q: Who should not join this session?

    Breathwork + Cacao isn't quite the right fit for people with heart disease or high blood pressure, gastrointestinal issues, high caffeine sensitivity, are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, taking medication, have a chocolate allergy or severe migraines. If you aren’t sure, please contact our teacher Sarah via mail connect@sarahvobr.com.

  • 〰️ Please avoid eating anything heavy at least

    two hours beforehand, ideally nothing at all.

    〰️ Don't plan too much for after the session.

  • Life can get a bit much sometimes. And as some things we can't change, taking a bit more time to consciously check-in with ourselves and strengthen the connection to our bodies, shouldn’t be one of them. That's why we created this experience for you.
