Are you ready to calm your nervous system?

A wholesome full body experience that enables the listener to shift into a deep meditative and relaxed dreamlike states. It is a guided journey that let you bathe in the waves of sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls and more. When sound waves from instruments interact with our bodies, they create vibrations that resonate not only with our tissues and organs but also with the water contained within them. This resonance causes a gentle, subtle ripple effect throughout our entire system.According to the New York Times, it is described as vibrating medicine.

    Tatjana is a yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and conscious mentor based in Vienna. Her spiritual journey began in 2012 when she encountered yoga during her former work in the well-being sector and spa management of renowned 4-star plus and 5-star hotels in Austria. This passion deepened to the point where she left her profession behind and followed her heart. In 2016, she began various training programs in Europe and Bali in the fields of yoga and meditation, which have since completely transformed her life. It has become a way of life. Over the years and through her own path, Tatjana's heart beats today especially for a profound practice of Yin and Yoga Nidra, Holistic Movement, consciousness work, and Crystal Sound. This is why she recently fulfilled her dream and brought Crystal Tones® to Vienna. Tatjana's intention is to create safe spaces, away from the daily hustle, to regularly bring in important oases of calm and connect with oneself. At this point in time, all aspects and valuable tools are coming together for a holistic approach, and her heart is passionate about supporting and accompanying people on their path to self-realization and unfolding their potential.

  • no sound bath is like another, depending on the energy, intention and people in the room. every person attending has a different experience ranging from relaxation, inspiration, connection and transformation to epiphanies and visions.
